SHIFT inspires young graduates

Remote interpreting seems to be raising the interest of interpreter trainees: two newly graduated students at the MA in Interpreting of the University of Bologna at Forlì decided to write their final dissertation on telephone interpreting.

Letizia Foracchia carried out a very interesting survey among telephone interpreters in Spain, studying their problems, demands and feelings on telephone interpreting. Matteo Paoletti, on the other hand, describet the features of interpreter-mediated telephone conversation.

Congratulations, Letizia and Matteo!
